Was Very Amazed how many vehicles are available for people to choose from, they ranged from early 1980s model's to very recent model's. Price's are U Beaut Too, Totally Recommend to come down and have a look. You could spend all day looking around their whole yard as it's huge.

Made a reasonable inquiry over the phone about availability of parts for a car they have in their stock list to avoid a wasted trip due to long distance and entry fee, The response received was "no idea" So upon asking if a staff member could look seeing as it is as easy as going for a walk within their yard, I was told the pathetic response of "No cant do it, were running skeleton crew" I also received a snarky & immature comment when mentioning I have to travel a far distance to get to Lonsdale, Hence, obviously why I'm am inquiring over phone about parts, It was something along the lines of "I don't choose where you live" Such a comment is typical of a low quality individual. Only in Australia will you find such a lazy childish demeanor and poor work ethic.

It's interesting to see all these 1 star reviews, I went yesterday and received nothing but helpful information. Paid my $2, went in and got what I needed that was available, paid for the parts and left a happy customer. I definitely saved myself at least $200, I'm going to assume that those giving 1 star may have been the ****hole first? Only they will know. Above all, good enough place for me... I gave 4* because I very, VERY rarely give 5

I love the place. I've never paid someone to fix any of my car's and sometimes it's a bit of a challenge , as a fencing contractor by trade . When U Pull It first opened it gave me the opportunity to practice half of the job on a donor car , work out what you could have done a better way and then simply reverse the process on your own car. It's a bit of a bugbear of mine though when instead of unplugging a connection , inconsiderate customers use cutters to save 30 seconds and then I spend 30 minutes looking for what I need because none of the parts have connectors on. Still better than paying through the nose though. 👍

Absolutely fn useless. Their website shows 20 cars in stock that i need parts from but when you get there and pay to go in they have none of those at all. Scamming you $2 just to see their bone picked scrap. Dont bother

Needed a part for my 99 falcon, upullit had multiple vehicles in stock for me to choose from. Friendly service from the sales staff pointed me in the right direction and I was able to find the part and my vehicle is back on the road at a fraction of the cost I was quoted in parts and labour to have it fixed elsewhere. Will be back again.
